Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will take 2-3 (Italy) or 4-5 (Europe) business days to get to you! You can track the status of your order at any time through the tracking email that was sent to you when your order has been shipped.

Recurring orders (such as refill blades) will be shipped according to the frequency you chose and based on the date you purchased your first Razor Starter Set. From the shipping date (which you can always check in your account) recurring orders will take about 5-7 working days to be delivered straight to your door!

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time from your account under "Orders" or through the tracking email that was sent to you when your order has been shipped.

If the tracking is not active yet, don't worry: your shipment has just been handled to the courier. Just check again after 24 hours!

Recurring shipments of razor blades are not provided with tracking, but will arrive in 5-7 working days. Be sure to check your mailbox!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders above €35 (Italy) or €45 everywhere else - enjoy! :) The shipping cost for all orders under €35/45 is €3.90 throughout Italy, while €5.90 in all the other countries.

Do you ship abroad?

Fler currently ships to Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Shipping is always free for all orders over €35 (Italy) or €45 in all the other countries!

Can I purchase the Razor Starter Set without the subscription?

Currently, the Razor Starter Set can only be purchased by subscription, while all Gift Sets can be purchased without a subscription.

Don't worry, you can customize the subscription to your liking and find the perfect solution for you.

If for any reason you want to cancel it, you can do so at any time from the "My subscription" page - But you will be missed 💔

I already have a Fler razor, how can I buy more blades?

Glad you asked!

You can purchase new blades at this link: https://flerworld.com/products/blades by choosing the quantity and frequency you prefer to receive them.

You can pause your blade renewal at any time from your account.

My order has been returned to sender, what should I do?

As soon as the order has returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for a second shipment to be paid by the customer.

Alternatively, you can request a refund of your order from which €3.90 (IT)/€5.90 will be deducted as shipping costs.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

A subscription is the easiest and most convenient way to get new blades when you need them on a regular basis - so you never run out again! To start with, you will receive your Razor Starter Set - your new aluminum razor will arrive with its matching stand and 2 interchangeable heads.

Thereafter, you will receive new blades with each shipment, at the frequency and amount of your choice. Shipping is always free for blades recurring orders. You can also add body products to your subscription or create a new one with your favorite body care products.

You can change, pause, skip or delay an order, swap products or cancel your subscription, at any time and for free.

Crazy, huh?

How many razor cartridges will I receive in each shipment?

You will receive 2 heads with your Razor Starter Set, and new heads (4, 8, 12 or 24) with each recurring shipment. You decide the shipping frequency: every 2 months, every 3 months or every 6 months (with always free shipping).

You can change the shipping date, pause your subscription or cancel it whenever you want, at no cost!

How can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?

Customizing your subscription is very easy! Log in to your account and go to the “Subscription” page.

From here, you can change your shipping date, swap products, skip or delay an order, change your address, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Of course! You can change the frequency of your subscription at any time from the "Subscription" page, in the "Subscription plan" section inside the subscription detail page.

Remember to confirm the change by clicking on "Confirm".

Can I add more products to my subscription?

Of Course! All Fler products can be added to your subscription both during the purchase of the razor and afterwards. If you wish to add a product to your subscription after your first order:

  1. Go to your “Subscription” in the account area and select your subscription;
  2. In the “Goes well in your subscription” section select the product you’d like to add in the subscription by clicking on “Add”;
  3. Decide if you want to receive it only on the next order (Add one-time) or if you want to add it to all the future shipments (Add subscription);
  4. Click “Add One-time” or “Add subscription”.

NB: The new product will arrive together with your next recurring order based on the frequency you previously chose. If you want to receive your new order immediately, click “Order Now” in the “Next order” section or “Re-schedule” the next order date. Fler will send your products to you in the shortest time possible.

To keep two different frequencies you can also create a new subscription for your favorite body-care products!

I already have a Fler Razor and I want to change color. How can I buy another one?

Want to try a new color or just have them all? WOW!

Only subscribed customers can buy the Razor Handle in their account area.

  1. Log in to your account area and click on “Subscription”;
  2. Select your subscription;
  3. In the “Goes well in your subscription” section select the Razor Handle by clicking on “Add”;
  4. Click on “Add One-time” to add it to your subscription next order.


The new product will arrive together with your next recurring order based on the frequency you previously chose. If you want to receive your new order immediately, click “Order Now” in the “Next order” section or “Re-schedule” the next order date.

Fler will send your products to you in the shortest time possible.

How can I change my payment method?
  1. Log in to your account and in the "Subscription" area select the subscription in which you want to change your payment method.
  2. Scroll down to the “Payment details” section and click on “Update” and then “Confirm” to receive an email with a secured link to update your payment details.
  3. When you receive the email, click on “Confirm payment information" and fill all the required fields in the secured area, then click on “Update card”.

Done!

What will I find inside the Razor Starter Set?

In your first Set you will find:

  • the Fler aluminum razor (available in 4 colours, so you can choose the perfect one for your bathroom)
  • the coordinated support to keep your new razor always in place
  • 2 replacement razor cartridges

If you have also purchased other products in the collection (such as Foamtastic) they will all arrive together with your Razor Starter Set.

Can the Fler razor be used by everyone?

Of course yes!

Fler has only created products that can adapt to the needs of every person, of every gender and every body.

The rounded head and its 5 blades guarantee you a thorough shave on every part of the body, even in the most difficult areas. The Rolatek technology present under the blades helps to sweeten every hair removal experience to make it suitable for everyone!

How often should I replace the blade?

To guarantee a perfect and irritation-free shave, the advice is to change the blade every 5-7 uses.

Please note that blades duration might change based on the size of the area of use.

How do you replace the blade?

To change the blade on your razor, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press the button on the razor handle forward to release the old blade.
  2. Take a new blade and, holding it at the ends, with the blades facing down, slide the connector at the end of the razor handle into the new blade, applying a little pressure.
  3. As soon as you hear "click", it's done!
How does the razor stand work?

Fler has created a coordinated support for your razor so you can always keep it in place and protected from water!

To attach your stand:

  1. Remove the protective film on the back of the stand.
  2. Look at the arrow on the back of the stand which indicates its correct positioning.
  3. Place the holder on a clean, dry surface and hold it for a few seconds - so that your holder adheres best to the surface.
  4. Place your razor on the stand (with the blades facing the wall).

Voila, your razor is ready to have all eyes on you!

Are the products vegan?

Yes! All Fler products are vegan.

Are the products cruelty free?

All Fler products are cruelty free and none of the ingredients are tested on animals, in compliance with European regulations that came into force in 2004 and 2009.

Which products can be purchased by subscription?

The Fler razor with its blades constitute the center of the subscription.

You can also add products to it, following the same delivery frequency as the blades, or create a new subscription just for your favorite body products!

Referral Program

I’ve seen the Referral Program is no longer available. What about my old Referral points?

All the points collected in the previous Referral Program will be transformed in the new ones as soon as we lunch the brand new Referral and Loyalty Program.

Payments & Returns

How does payment work?

Payment can be made by credit/debit card and takes place via the ShopPay payment gateway or PayPal which both guarantee maximum security of your data according to the international security standard PCI DSS.

For recurring orders (such as new blades), the payment method you chose during your first order will be automatically charged. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped! It can therefore take a few days from when you see the payment made to when you receive your new blades, and you can always follow the status of your order from your Account.

The subscription payments for customers who activated their subscription before April 2nd 2024 are managed via Stripe payment gateway or PayPal, guaranteeing data security according to the international security standard PCI DSS.

How can I make a return?

If you have had a problem with your order, write to hello@flerworld.com within 14 days with your order number and you will receive all the help you need.

Please note: to obtain a return for your order, the products must not have been opened or used and must be returned in their original packaging.
