Fler has created a body-care collection made out of love, with you and the Earth in mind.
You can add the body products to your plan and have all of them delivered to your doorstep, or try them out just once. All Fler shipments come in a sustainable packaging and the carbon emissions are offset by supporting sustainable projects.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will take 2-3 business days to get to you! You can track the status of your order at any time through the tracking email that was sent to you when your order has been shipped.
Recurring orders (such as refill blades) will be shipped according to the frequency you chose and based on the date you purchased your first Razor Starter Set. From the shipping date (which you can always check in your account) recurring orders will take about 4-5 working days to be delivered straight to your door!
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time from your account under "My Orders" or through the tracking email that was sent to you when your order has been shipped.
If the tracking is not active yet, don't worry: your shipment has just been handled to the courier. Just check again after 24 hours!
Recurring shipments of razor blades are not provided with tracking, but will arrive in 3-5 working days. Be sure to check your mailbox!
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders above €35 - enjoy! :)
Shipping is €3,90 for all orders below €35 throughout Italy, while €4,90 for all other countries.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I purchase the razor without signing up for a plan?
Currently, you can only purchase the Razor Starter Set with a Fler plan, while all Gift Sets can be purchased without signing up for a plan. Don't worry, you can tailor your subscription to your preference and find the perfect fit for you. If for any reason you want to cancel it, you can do so at any time from the "My Subscription" page at no extra costs - But you'll be missed 💔
I already have a Fler razor, how do I get more blades?
Glad you asked! You can sign up for a blade refill plan through this link: https://flerworld.com/en/lamette by choosing your preferred frequency. You can always pause blade refills from your account.
Order has been returned to the sender, what am I supposed to do?
As soon as the order has returned to our warehouse, we can arrange a second shipment, which is going to be paid by the customer. Alternatively you can request for a refund of your order, but shipping cost will be deducted.
